Welcome to The Pantry Clean-Out Party ("Challenge"), offered by Dr. Patricia May Chiropractic Corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for, accessing, or participating in this Challenge, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

  1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Pantry Clean-Out Party is a five-day educational wellness challenge designed to provide information about food labels, ingredients, pantry organization, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Participation may include live sessions, recordings, downloadable materials, and educational resources.

  1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

The information provided during this Challenge is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented in the Challenge constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Participation in this Challenge does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Patricia May Chiropractic Corporation.

  1. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Challenge and are solely responsible for your health decisions and actions.

You understand that results vary among individuals and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While the Company strives to provide valuable educational content, we make no guarantees regarding health improvements, weight loss, symptom relief, financial results, or any other outcomes resulting from participation.

Individual results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

  1. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

The standard registration fee for The Pantry Clean-Out Party is $150.

All sales are final.

No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to attend live sessions
• Failure to access provided materials
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with personal results

  1. ACCESS TO MATERIALS

Paid participants will receive access to Challenge recordings and materials for the life of the hosting portal, subject to the continued availability of that platform.

The Company does not guarantee perpetual access and reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue hosting platforms in the future.

Participants who join through a complimentary promotional offer may receive limited access as specified at the time of registration.

• Upload Challenge materials to third-party platforms
